Jane has been teaching Pilates for over a year now. She began her Pilates journey after a traumatic knee injury. While looking for a low impact exercise form that would allow her to keep her knee safe as it healed while also getting in a full body workout, she tried various exercise systems. She started doing Pilates and gradually incorporated other forms of exercises back into her routine. After a couple of years of self practice, she took interest in teaching and got certified with the BCRPA to instruct Mat Pilates. She continued her education with STOTT Pilates. Jane is very enthusiastic about passing her knowledge onto others and helping them achieve their fitness and recovery goals.
