Jane Shields

Jane is a highly qualified and inspirational clinical Pilates teacher. Her classes are always enjoyable and fun yet focussed and suitably challenging. She has been amazing at adapting the classes to accommodate me after major emergency abdominal surgery. I am recovering well and gaining strength and flexibility with her input.

Jane has the rare and wonderful skill of bringing the very best out of everyone! She is extremely enthusiastic about Pilates and tailored physical training, and she makes wonders in how fast her clients progress in physical health and getting fit, no matter if they have physical issues, she would adapt the exercises to fit everyone. It is also very hard not to smile in her presence :)

I have been going to Jane's Pilates and HIIT classes for a long time and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is very passionate about what she does, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She writes a new plan for every single class so there is lots of fun and variety and I particularly like her focus on fitness at any age as I'm now approaching the menopause. She is an inspiration!
