About Janel
Janel is originally from Indiana and moved to CO in 2010 for the outdoor lifestyle. She started racing mountain bikes a few years into moving to CO, then found Pilates to be a great compliment for training. Her family moved to Kansas City and she quickly fell in love with the Club Pilates method. Janel can be found giving great workouts throughout the week!
