About Janet
Janet joined Club Pilates as an instructor in January 2024 after 5 years as a member at West Raleigh. An active athlete in high school and college, Janet was thrilled to find Club Pilates as a way that she could exercise for the rest of her life. Encouraged by instructors, Janet entered the teacher training program in 2023 and loves teaching, especially new converts to reformer Pilates.
