About Janis
Janis is a Kingwood resident who has always enjoyed a healthy lifestyle. She became a member of the Kingwood studio in 2021. Her love for Pilates encouraged her to join our 2023 Club Pilates Teacher Training. Janis has completed all apparatus training and is very close to her final 500-hour test out! She is currently a teacher apprentice. Her favorite quote by Joseph Pilates is, 'Change happens through movement and movement heals."
