About Jara

I found Pilates in April 2019 & was immediately hooked! It allows me to stay active & fit without the pain that typically comes with regular exercise as I have past injuries. Deciding to become a Pilates instructor was an easy decision for me because I LOVE teaching/coaching! I had taught at the high school level for over 20 years & was ready to try something a little different. I find joy every day in teaching Pilates because it gives people a place to stretch, strengthen, & move. I love helping others find their love for Pilates & most importantly, their love for themselves
