…ws!! Awful Awful Customer Service!!! I wrote this in anger & should have waited but the manager Shay Refused to help me. All of a sudden I received a call from Jasmine who works for club Pilates sign up team. And Jasmine fixed Everything!! Thank goodness for Jasmine!! I learned a lesson to wait.. “restraint of Pen & Tongue”!! It’s a happy ending!
