Jay was Born and bred in NYC and came to Dallas for work. He spent his career in corporate America and consulting, and a few years ago started thinking about his next phase. He wanted to do something satisfying that would also benefit others. Ironically, he suffered a back injury and as a result, needed to find an exercise routine that would help with flexibility and overall body strength and conditioning. That’s where he discovered Pilates. After some time, he decided to become an instructor. Jay loves that Club Pilates recognizes each client's unique needs, level of Pilates practice and goal for that days’ session. Through the Club Pilates approach, we adapt to satisfy those three unique aspects of each client. Jay's goal is to expand the accessibility of Pilates to a wider range of demographics that would greatly benefit from this approach.
