The Pilates Grup is a wonderful and clean environment. Jen is a fabulous instructor who makes exercise fun.

We're snowbirds, but Jen and Michelle treat us like family for the 7 or 8 winter weeks we're in the neighborhood. Our private duet classes are thoughtful and challenging, and Michelle has something new to surprise our bodies each session. The reformers themselves are different from the ones we're used to the rest of the year, and perhaps a little tired, but they are well maintained and get us work
