I took two classes here while I was on vacation, one with Linnea and one with Jen. Both classes were lovely, flowed well, and hit the spot. I would definitely come back if I was in the area again :)

This studio has been life changing. I stand up straighter, my cores getting stronger, and pressures taken off past injury pain. Jen is AMAZING 💪🏻🧡🖤
