“I found Pilates in 2021, when a friend of mine was preparing for spinal surgery. Her doctor told her she needed to strengthen her core and said, ‘you need Pilates.’ Little did I know… I needed it too. I started attending classes with her for support and quickly fell in love with how Pilates made me feel. It became the one part of my day that was truly for me. I felt stronger, more confident, and more connected to myself than I had in years. Just three months later, I decided to become an instructor, and I’ve been teaching since 2022. I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and that movement should bring you joy. When you find movement you actually look forward to, consistency follows — and consistency brings results.
