Jen’s love for dance began at age 4, when her grandparents enrolled her in tap dancing and ballet classes. At age 7, her father enrolled her in gymnastics classes, where she quickly found her love for balance beam and floor exercise routines. Throughout her school years, Jen was active in several team sports, such as, basketball, volleyball, track and field, softball and cheerleading. She continued her love for fitness as a young adult, attending various cardio and strength training classes. In her early 30’s, while living in Wilmington, DE., she became a cardio kickboxing instructor. Jen joined our West New York location during the Grand Opening in the Fall of 2017. From the beginning, our instructors and our other clients, who would sometimes mistake her for an instructor, easily recognized her enthusiasm and enjoyment for Pilates. To date, she has taken nearly 600 classes and has completed the 500 hours of training to become an instructor. She thoroughly enjoys sharing what she has learned, while guiding clients through the various internal and external connections that occur with each exercise.
