Jennifer S. began her Pilates journey in 2018 and quickly developed a passion for the practice, particularly for Pilates Reformer. After experiencing the benefits of Pilates, she joined Club Pilates in 2021 and later completed the comprehensive teacher training program in 2024. Jennifer enjoys fostering a strong mind-body connection through creative flows and believes in the inclusivity of Pilates for everyone. She teaches at Club Pilates, located at 1348 N Milwaukee Ave.
