As a dancer throughout her childhood and teenage years, Jessica developed a love and passion for movement, and though she was always committed to a healthy and active lifestyle, it’s only when she discovered Pilates eight years ago that she felt a true connection between her mind and body. She has been a certified Pilates instructor for seven years and looks to challenge and motivate her clients at all stages in their fitness journey. Jessica holds certifications in other areas such as yoga, personal training and kettlebells, and as such, she tries to deliver a balanced but effective Pilates program. In addition to her role as an instructor, she is a mother to two girls, a high school teacher and an animal rescue volunteer. Her guiding principle- “movement is life”- emphasizes the critical importance of consistent, everyday activity for everyone, and it is her mission to help guide her students towards their healthiest and happiest selves.
