About Jessica

Jessica comes to Pilates by way of an international ballet career. During her eleven year dance career, Jessie was a featured performer in the Royal Ballet of Flanders in Belgium, Le Ballet Theatre Francais de Nancy and The Hamburg Ballet in Germany. A certified Pilates instructor with over two decades of teaching experience, Jessie is known for her infectious energy and attention to the individual student, tailoring each workout to the particular individual’s body and needs. Between her teaching sessions you will still see Jessie on a Reformer going through her own Pilates workout, because Jess knows that the best Pilates teacher is a skilled Pilates practitioner.
