Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm a Southern California native and recently moved to Frisco, TX with my husband and two sons. I discovered my love for Pilates after the very first session and transformed it into my passion. From enthusiast to Pilates instructor, I am eager to share the joy, strength, and balance Pilates brings, making every class a celebration of movement and self-discovery for every BODY. If I'm not at Pilates you can find me hanging out with my family, sitting by the pool or at Disneyland.
