The owner, Jill, initially appeared to be a nice person but it became clear that she is stressed out from trying to wear too many hats and line her pockets in the process. Unfortunately, things did not work out because her daughter, who was my trainer, didn’t take her job seriously enough. When I complained, Jill gave me a hard time: she whined how she(Jill) works like a dog and bent over backward
