With many orthopedic injuries and surgeries, Jill has found Pilates to provide her with a sense of functional fitness and strength that allows her to pursue her world travels, gardening, and caring for her family. Jill pursued her teacher training, achieved her certification, and now loves passing on her Pilates passion to others through creating level appropriate, challenging, and fun classes to curated playlists.
