My husband and I have been coming here for about three months. John and Jillian are great instructors. We have learned a lot and feel that even though we are both active with other sports, their instructing has improved our flexibility and posture. The training center is clean and the equipment is new. I would highly recommend anyone to try a class there! You would love it!
