Originally from Poland, Joanna moved to Seattle in 2014 and discovered Pilates shortly after. After taking her first reformer class, she quickly fell in love with how strong, energized, and connected it made her feel. Through her own pre- and postnatal journey, Pilates became more than just a workout, it became a way to build strength, stability, confidence, and resilience both physically and mentally. What started as a personal passion soon became something she loved sharing with friends and family, which inspired her to pursue teaching professionally. Joanna completed her Pilates Comprehensive Certification in April 2026 and continues learning about movement, strength training, and how to support different bodies through Pilates. Joanna loves teaching athletic, energizing classes that challenge clients while still feeling approachable and supportive. Her style is progression-focused, with an emphasis on building strength, balance, endurance, and body awareness through intentional movement. She enjoys helping clients feel stronger, more capable, and more confident both in and outside the studio.
