I absolutely love every offering I’ve taken at BDY!! If you’ve ever been to a studio that didn’t feel all that welcoming, this is NOT that sort of place. The new Reform and Recover class deserves its own special review though: 10/10 amazing offering with Jonathan !!! I already loved the restorative classes on Sundays (with Lisa) , especially for the Sunday scaries, but adding a reformer component
