This studio is amazing . I’ve hit over 100 classes and I’ve seen dramatic transformation in my body since starting. The coaches are all very encouraging and really take the time to know you. The studio manager Juan is so nice as well. I highly recommend this studio.
I've been a regular client at Solidcore for almost two years, and LIC Solidcore is my home studio. I can only say great things about this location. The studio is huge and offers plenty of space, especially for NYC. It's always clean and tidy, and even between classes, when there's a surge of clients
