I have maintained clientele and scheduling through economic environments. I took my first yoga course @ Sierra college way back in the early 1990's!!! After a car accident that left me in a full leg brace for 6 months, I personally experienced the difference yoga's effect had on improved balance, flexibility, pain relief & recovery. I enjoy teaching others the benefits of yoga. The simple yet satisfying awareness that yoga incorporates into daily functions and living are monumental. I began my first group personal training in 2013 with my mom & 6 of her peers ( age 67-77) in order to work on FUNctional everday movements. The improvements in their strength, balance, coordination & morale motivates me to ' just move'!! This group has continued to strive and move through surgeries, family difficulties along with ageing milestones. Their perseverance is astounding. My favorite exercise equipment is the Pilates Reformer because of the versatility of workout programs for every individual, targeting strength, flexibility, balance & rehabilitation.
