Julie is originally from Boise, Idaho and moved to the desert full-time in 2018. She has always been involved in some type of fitness including skiing, tennis, golfing, biking, running and hiking. One of her first jobs was teaching tennis and she also taught aerobics as well. She joined Club Pilates in 2018 as a client and was immediately hooked. She loved the changes in her own body including a strengthened core, better posture and increased flexibility. She also loved how great pilates was as cross training for her golf and tennis. Julie completed the 500-Hour Comprehensive Club Pilates Teacher Training program so she could share her new passion with as many people as possible. She has a love for all things health and fitness related and strives to give clients a great work out that challenges them in both mind and body.
