Be Kind is one of a kind! I have attended Jynel’s Pilates class and it kicked my butt, and my abs! I loved it and will be back! I also attended the full moon yoga, it was magic, we did journaling, yoga and a cacao ceremony. I am constantly seeing community engagement activities that Be Kind is putting on and participating in, I am very excited for this studio
