Kady was first introduced to Pilates in 2009 after receiving her ACE personal training certification. In a very short period of time, after taking a few private sessions and Mat classes, she found new core strength and flexibility. She realized that she needed to share her passion with others and, in 2012, was certified through Balanced Body. In 2017, Kady completed her Bridge training through Club Pilates. Kady has a deep appreciation for Pilates and enjoys helping so many others feel stronger both physically and mentally. Teaching group classes at Club Pilates is the best part of her day, and seeing her clients happy at the end of class and making progress brings her great joy.
