…nd flexibility. I’ve been able to lose fat and tone in ways I never thought I could. I’ve enjoyed both reformer classes as well as mat classes. The instructor, Kaitlyn, always has modifications if needed and the class can be done at my own pace and ability. I highly recommend checking them out!
