Kala Brower has been teaching Pilates since 2011. Certified through Pilates Fit, STOTT, and most recently, Balanced Body. Kala has been teaching with Club Pilates since 2024. Kala was drawn to Club Pilates because of the variety and structure of the classes. Kala loves the energy that comes with teaching groups classes. When not in the studio, you can find Kala enjoying the great outdoors with her family.
