This particular club is the best! All the instructors are knowledgeable, but my favorites are Karen, Debbie, Grace, and Devin. The staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome. My body has transformed since I started over a year and a half ago, and I’m hooked. Thank you to my fantastic teachers for always pushing me!

Karen was amazing! So patient, kind, and helpful throughout class. She explained everything clearly and made me feel totally at ease. 5/5 — highly recommend!
