Hi I am Karen. I moved to Arizona from Colorado and started with Club Pilates in a sales and customer relations position. After hearing and seeing how much Pilates had helped so many people emotionally, mentally, and physically, I knew starting the 500 hour teacher training program was my next chapter.?? Becoming a Pilates instructor has allowed me to intertwine my passion for health and fitness with my passion for helping others, guiding and encouraging them to become the best version of themselves. In my free time I enjoy doing anything outdoors: hiking, biking, running, paddle boarding etc. I am always looking for new adventures and planning the next big trip.
