I am a lifelong fitness fanatic who developed a habit of working out every day way back in high school. I have experience in step aerobics, yoga, and weightlifting. I zeroed in on Pilates about five years ago though, deciding that it was the best of all worlds! I love how it allows all persons to participate and maintain healthy movement throughout life. I thoroughly enjoy developing relationships with my students and watching them progress and achieve their goals.
