This is without a doubt the most high-quality Pilates studio in the area, let alone in LA. All of the details and touches show the thoughtfulness of the Karen Lord team, and the modality itself is the best kind of Pilates class I've done (and I've done many!). Redondo is lucky to have this studio.

The new Karen Lord studio is stunning - every detail is beautiful and the energy is unreal. The trainers are world-class, and the classes are challenging in the best way. It’s easily the most inspiring Pilates space in LA.
