Karina A teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in Duarte, bringing over a year of experience to her classes. After discovering her passion for Pilates while working as a front desk associate, she pursued teacher training to share her love of the practice. Known for her engaging and challenging flows, Karina creates an uplifting environment where students can expect to work hard, laugh, and feel accomplished. Outside of teaching, she cherishes time spent with family and friends.
