At a young age, Kasha was introduced to Pilates as a form of cross-training and conditioning in her growth as a dancer and athlete. As she stepped back from dancing professionally, she decided to focus solely on Pilates which led to enrolling in the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Kasha credits cross-training in Pilates as the reason she was never injured as an active dancer or athlete, and wants to help others become healthier, happier, and less injury-prone.
