About Kat

Kat is a lively and passion-driven instructor who recently located to South Florida from Flagler Beach, Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a double major in Dance from SUNY Brockport. Her passion for cross-training in dance led her to getting her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2021, where she’s been honing in on her eye for proper body-mechanics and alignment ever since. In her free time you can catch her selling real estate in the Palm Beach County area, getting a tan, or taking a dance class!
