Have been coming here for Months now & I love it to this Day. Monica & Kate are wonderful Instructors! 🩷 coming here at least once a week makes the rest of the week easier .

…nd encouraging adjustments rather than just pushing for heaviest weight, and actively engaging with the class. My favs who do all 3 every time: Ikira, Melodie, Kate, and Jordan. I always leave feeling energized and ready for the day. I live closer to SouthEnd so I'll be switching locations soon but I hope to see some of my LKN favs teaching there as well!
