Kate is fabulous!! She finds muscles you didn’t even know you had and she definitely works them! That being said, she’s very conscious of people’s comfort and makes sure you aren’t in pain or doing anything to hurt yourself. Kate is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is very knowledgeable and her classes are challenging and so much fun. I highly recommend her!!
