Rise Integrative is a step above all other Pilates studios in the area. Dr. Katie is an amazing instructor with meticulous cues and assists. My practice of 4+ years has become significantly stronger and more precise since attending group classes at Rise. I 100% recommend this studio for beginners to advanced students. The space is gorgeous as well! Super sunny and bright!
