Katie has been absolutely amazing. I first found her through Tandem Pilates and I’m so glad to see how she’s started her own cute studio! Her routine always has such a great flow and always has an aspect to it that makes it differently exciting and challenging than the last. Her studio has three reformers, and I absolutely adore the size of the small group class. She also offers private sessions!

What a gem of a Pilates studio! The boutique studio really allowed Katie to focus on each person in the class and provide individualized instruction. The class was challenging, fun and invigorating. I can’t wait to return!

L & T Pilates is a beautiful space off Lakeshore in Oakland with plenty of street parking. Katie is very knowledgeable and supportive in her instruction to ensure each client maintains integrity through all movements on the reformer.
