Katie was first introduced to reformer Pilates in 2019. It was love at first pike. As a survivor of stage IV Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, she had finally discovered a fitness routine that not only lengthened and strengthened her but was gentle on her joints. Katie was trained through Club Pilates and continues to hone her skills daily. Her goal is to help others find the euphoric bliss that is Pilates.
