Excellent Studio, Owner and Instructors. I came to Santa Barbara having some knowledge of Pilates but very little. Husband & I were living in SB for months. I needed to continue working out, why not Pilates? Grass Roots was literally 10 walk away from our rental, walked by and, fell in love with the space, before I met the people.
