As a 57 year old mom of 6 and grandmother of 9 life long native of Middle Tennessee, I came to Pilates over 10 years ago looking for something I could do as I continue to age that would provide the strength and flexibility I would need to stay active and age gracefully. As a fitness professional for over 40 years, I quickly saw these benefits in Pilates! I love wearing my CP gear and look forward to sharing this Pilates Passion with you!
