About Keli

I became a fitness professional because I wanted to help real people achieve a healthy lifestyle. The most rewarding part of my job is to see people achieve their fitness goals and be a support for them along their journey.  I’m married to an amazing guy Joey and I have 2 handsome boys, Levi and Gabriel. I completed my 500 hour comprehensive Pilates training in 2021 and I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for 9 years. I love everything fitness related especially the gadgets  Some fun facts: -I am very crafty and taught myself how to crochet  -My favorite color is red! -Coffee and sugar are my kryptonite. -I LOVE to dance it’s a must for any occasion.
