Kelly is so passionate, friendly and knowledgeable about what she does! I really enjoyed her as she took us through the process.

There are so many amazing things to say about Kelly. She’s so attentive and throughly explains how to do the exercises probably and what muscles it strengths and most importantly, how to avoid injuries during the exercise.
