beautiful & clean studio with friendly and supportive coaches. the classes are challenging but not unattainable. i have taken steven, ari, kelly, and vals classes and they are all unique in their own ways! exactly what this area of CT needed and i’m thrilled to be apart of the community
Absolutely loveeeee this Pilates studio! So inviting every instructor makes you feel comfortable and are so encouraging. The aesthetic top notch. Love Kelly’s classes! She’s so positive, has a killer playlist and makes the class burn but fun at the same time. So glad this studio opened and gave me the motivation I needed.
