About Kelly
Kelly is a Pilates instructor, a licensed PTA, and a former figure skater. Kelly is a Polestar Practitioner of Pilates for rehabilitation and is a nationally certified Pilates teacher. She is always striving for more knowledge and her passion for movement led her to Pilates. Kelly is happily married and they are raising their two energetic boys together.
