About Kennedy

I was born and raised in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Teaching is my passion. I received my BA in education in 2021 at University of Saint Leo. I learned about Pilates when my sister became a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates. I fell in love with Pilates the very first class that I took. I love that it is not just an amazing workout, but how much it focuses on alignment. It has changed my body, which is why I’m so passionate about teaching it to others.
