KERA, today's instructor, was awesome! I enjoy going to this CP as the i instructors are professional and appears to be more inline with classical pilates.
Club Pilates at Dalton corners is great! It has helped me have better balance, strength, and less pain. All of the instructors are great, Especially Christy, Lori, Donna, Kera and Kimi (the classes I regularly visit, I’m sure they are all amazing) ! They make classes fun and challenging but also tell you how to modify if needed. I’m so grateful for Club Pilates!
Just completed my first Pilates session with Kera. I had no idea how challenging many of the positions would be, but Leta was very accommodating and helped me get through the session. I did pretty good for a 60-year old lady!! 😆🤗
