About Kiana
I've always had a love for fitness! I grew up playing soccer, after high school, I continued to run and started weight lifting. I ended up doing Pilates and fell in love with it so much that I decided to quit my job as an ultrasound technician and become a Certified Pilates Instructor! I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we have a son and pup that we adore!
