…amazing, very good energy and teachers are always patience, they help me to get my best strength, respecting my limit and always cheering me up, my favorite is Kim, but I know they are all amazing. They care about safety and keep the studio clean and sanitized, what is very important lately. So they got five starts from me, but if I could give more I'll sure do it!
I absolutely LOVE Pilates Sol! I've taken private classes with both Kim and Amy, and they're both outstanding! It's a sweet little downtown studio that provides a great and refreshing escape from the craziness of the work day. Give it a try... you'll be glad you did!
